TWO RARE c1910 Wyandale, Concord NY Winter & Summer Real Photo Postcards RPPC

I'm listing them together because I realized they both show the exact same area! They're from slightly different vantage points, and one taken in winter and the other in spring/summer, but they undoubtedly both show the same area/road lined with the same buildings. I think that these may show the Warner Homestead and some surrounding buildings that were located in Wyandale. The back of one postcard is marked "Belongs to Mr. Hollet Warner". Hollet Warner (1898-1987) was from a pre-Civil War family that owned a logging and lumber business. You can clearly see uncut logs in front of a building in the winter photo and many cut boards outside the same exact building in the summer/spring photo. There's a very good chance these show the Warner Homestead and logging/lumber business. Description: Two RARE c1910 Real Photo Postcards Both Showing The Same Small Area/Street In Wyandale, New York. Wyandale is a hamlet in the Town of Concord NY (Erie County) right next to Springville NY. I think someone who is very familiar with Wyandale will be able to determine where these photos were taken.Summer or Spring View. The photograph is down a muddy road with a few wagon or tire tracks in the mud. It looks like the photographer was slightly elevated and looking down the road. There are a few small wood or stone buildings on the left side of the road and a couple larger buildings on the right side of the road. One of the buildings on the right has lots of cut wood out front. It could be a saw mill or lumber yard. There is a large hill in the background that runs the entire length of the photo. On top of this hill in the distance is what looks like a large farm with barns & outbuildings. There is a large wooden fence that separates this property from the foreground.Winter View.with snow lining the landscape. This one was published by AZO and the markings establish it as being from 1904-1918. This photo was taken from down further on the road. This vantage is lower than the first postcard. Directly to the right is the building that had cut lumber in the first photo, and it has some uncut logs in this one. The large building on the right can completely be seen and a house can be seen behind it. The tops of the buildings on the farm up on the hill can be seen, but much more is obscured by the hill as this vantage point is lower and closer to the hill than the previous one. Paper is stuck to the reverse, which is unfortunate because I think it is obscuring some identifying information.Measurements: 3 3/8" x 5 1/4" & 3 1/2" x 5 7/16"Condition: Good to Fair. Most importantly the photographic images are very good. Both unposted. The back of one (winter) has a different piece of paper that has stuck to it. Looks like they got stuck together and then pulled apart. Both simply hand marked 'Wyandale' on front. General dust, toning & soiling to paper surface. Wear around edges and rounding to corners. Small tear on top edge of summer one. Please inspect the photos.Shipped FREE via USPS with appropriate care... Thank YOU!PaymentI have had to take precautions because of people not paying.
